DISCOUNTS: 5% on mid-week bookings available (Sunday – Thursday) in March/April/October, excluding Bank Holidays, School Holidays & Special Events. 10% for 2’s – on mid-week bookings available (Sunday – Thursday). Applies to a maximum of 2 people staying in your caravan. This offer excludes the months of July & August, all bank holidays, school holidays & special events. 15% for over 55’s – on mid-week bookings available (Sunday – Thursday). Applies to a maximum of 2 people over 55 years of age & excludes the months of July & August, all bank holidays, school holidays & special events.
Bed Linen Hire: (Optional) If you wish to hire bed linen/towels, this can be arranged for you at a cost of £30.00. Please book this facility at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at the park. If you wish to bring your own, please bring with you sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases & towels. For 2’s, the bed linen/towel hire is £15.00. NB: We provide mattress covers, duvets and pillows only. Payment: The required deposit is payable at the time of booking, and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks, the full amount becomes payable upon booking. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administration costs we incur in processing your reservation. See note re: changing/cancelling booking. We therefore recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover your holiday with us. A Booking Form confirming all occupants must be completed and received at this office prior to your arrival. Due to fire regulations, only the persons registered on your booking form for each individual unit may occupy that unit at any time. Other caravan/tent visitors are not allowed to enter and occupy your caravan at any time for this reason. New Arrivals: You can book in anytime between 3.30 pm - 9.00 pm. Please have your receipt ready for checking in, together with the Key deposit. Key Deposit: A £50.00 cash key deposit is payable upon arrival. This is refundable if the caravan is left in the same clean condition in which it was found and no damage has occurred. A cheque or credit card payment will not be accepted for key deposits. Please read Terms & Conditions/FAQ’s. If your party is travelling in more than one car, each car must report to reception to obtain a car pass, or the vehicle will not be allowed onto the Park. Departure time: You must vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. This allows our staff to clean & prepare the caravan for our next guests. Your key must be returned to obtain your key deposit. Weekend Supplements: All Friday/Saturday nights in June/July/August/September including all Bank Holidays and Special Events carry an additional cost of £10.00 per night.
