Booking

To make a booking, please read the ,and the FAQ's page thoroughly,
then call us on 01538 702219 anytime between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm to check for availability. When we have confirmed the booking is available, print out, and fill in the relevant booking form listed below, and send along with credit or debit card payment information to: The Star Caravan & Camping Park, Star Road, Cotton, Nr. Alton Towers, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST10 3DW.

To keep the integrity and intention of the park, which is to offer quality facilities for families,
we operate the following:

Bookings Admission Policy: Subject to ourand subject to availability:

We accept a single family booking - i.e. Two parents and their respective children + 1 additional child, who may be a friend of the parents and/or the children. We accept Two families who come together. We accept Two Couples together. We do not accept Three or more couples together. We do not accept Three or more families together. We do not accept Three or more of the same sex booking together.

Note: Bookings made seperately in order to bypass the above policy will not be accepted. These bookings will be deemed invalid, and are non-refundable.
