PLEASE READ: Important
Our aim is to provide a relaxed break suitable for families & couples. To ensure the maximum enjoyment of your break and that of all our other guests, we require you to comply with all the requirements in this, our agreement with you.
- We operate a strict All Quiet rule after 11.00 pm. Please read FAQ’s.
- We do not accept bookings from 3 or more of the same sex.
- The park gates close at 11.00 pm and re-open again at 7.45 am
- No ground fires or disposable barbeques are allowed anywhere in the Park.
- Returned/Cancelled (Bounced) Cheques carry a £10.00 administration fee.
- We do not accept vans or commercial vehicles.
- We do recommend that independent Holiday Insurance be taken out to cover the cost of your deposit/holiday balance.
- You may not bring any firearms, knives, or illegal substances or similar to the Caravan Park under any circumstances.
- Families are only accepted if parents are prepared to supervise the conduct of their children and young people on site, particularly during the evening and night hours. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children return to their tent/caravan promptly after the playground closes.
- The children’s playground is unsupervised, and parents are advised to supervise their children whilst using the playground, taking particular notice to the age limits advised on the equipment. The playground closes at 9.00 pm.
- Where specific pitches/hire caravans/special requests are asked for, we will do our utmost to fulfil your request. However these requests cannot always be guaranteed and we reserve the right to allocate an alternative pitch/caravan at our discretion.
- No vehicle should exceed 5 mph anywhere in the Caravan Park. You are welcome to report people who drive carelessly to Reception. This is to ensure child safety on the site at all times.
- Whilst bicycles are allowed with due care and consideration for others they must not be used around any amenity building or near to anyone’s belongings.
- Skateboards/Roller skates/ Rollerblades/Scooters are not permitted.
- Go-peds and electrical or engine driven scooter/cycles are not permitted
- All bookings are accepted on the strict understanding that the Terms and Conditions have been read thoroughly and are agreeable. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Park as well as the right to evict any person and property who in our opinion is not suitable to the Park, or whose behaviour we consider to be detrimental to the interest of our other guests without stipulating a reason. In such cases refunds will not be given.
- All property left on site is left entirely at your own risk. The management reserve the right to move any property where felt necessary. Members of your party are responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties or their property.
- The Park and all its facilities are used entirely at the guest’s own risk. We will not accept liability in respect of any person or property except where the park is proved to be negligent in its duties.
- The management reserve the right to alter, postpone or cancel any facility for reasons beyond their control – we can only guarantee to do our best to see that all facilities are available as advertised.
- Please consider all these requests and conditions in the light of the kind of holiday you are looking for. If you or your children are unable/unwilling to conform to these standards of behaviour or are looking for a different atmosphere that we are aiming to provide, then we respectfully request that you make alternative arrangements and do not make a booking at our park. Please read FAQ’s. There are other caravan & camping parks that permit loud music/drinking etc. If you want this type of holiday please ask and we can give you details of these other places.
- Our Agreement with you binds you, the person named on the booking, and all members of your party, including children. You must ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and accept all of this agreement.
- Our Agreement is formed upon receipt of the required booking form, and required deposit payment made. A signature on the booking form confirms acceptance of our Terms and Conditions on behalf of the party named on the booking form.
- We have the right to cancel your booking, or to instruct you or any of your party to leave the Caravan Park immediately, without compensation or refund, should you or any of your party not comply with this Agreement, particularly where the terms and conditions relating behaviour and conduct have not been complied with.
Specific to Tourers/Tents/Motor homes
- All units must be sited at least 6 metres apart to comply with fire regulations that require free movement of a full size fire engine.
- We do not accept vans or commercial vehicles, migrant works, travellers or any type of converted transport vehicles; and we may refuse entry to particularly large caravans we deem to be unsuitable. (Hobby/LMC, Tabbert, Roma, Wieppert)
- Whilst dogs are allowed on the Touring Park, they must be kept on a short lead at all times, and are exercised either in the Dog Walk area, or off-site. Any fouling must be collected, and disposed of, and dogs must not be left unattended. If you require dog kennels during your stay, please contact Reception who will be able to give your some local telephone numbers who will accept day stays.
- Pitches must be vacated by 11.00 am unless by prior arrangement. (A late check out may be available for £6.00 per unit)
- Deposits are Non Refundable and Non Transferable. If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit is deemed to be lost and you are liable to pay the full balance on your holiday if less than 14 days from commencement.
For Hire of our static caravans
- The required deposit to secure the booking is payable within 7 days of making a booking and must be accompanied by a fully completed and signed booking form. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administrative costs we incur in processing your reservation. See note re: changing/cancelling booking.
- Your Balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to ARRIVAL DATE.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks ahead, FULL payment must be made at the time of making the reservation.
- The maximum number of persons in a 6 berth static caravan is: 4 adults/2 children. In a 5-berth caravan: 3 adults/2 children.
The fold out bed in the lounge is only suitable for children up to 15 years old or (60 kg).
- Due to fire regulations only the persons registered on the booking form for each individual unit may occupy that unit at any time. Other caravan/tent visitors are not allowed to enter for this reason.
- You must be over 21 to make a booking and there must be at least one capable and responsible adult over the age of 21 in each unit at all times. You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party, particularly those under the age of 21.
- You may not have the majority of persons in any unit aged between 17 and 21, nor have insufficient capable or responsible adults over 21 in each unit. You must comply with any specific adult/child ratio we detail to you.
- The members of your party and the allocation of guests in each unit must remain as notified to us for the whole of your stay.
The maximum number of guests must at no time exceed those listed on your booking form. If any additional persons are found to be occupying a caravan they are not booked into, we reserve the right to evict such persons immediately without refund.
- Children must not be left unattended at any time in the caravan.
- Dogs or any type of pet are not allowed into the caravans.
- No Smoking in any of the Hire Caravans.
- Damages incurred will be charged for. (This can be for damages discovered on the day of departure or after you have left if found post your vacation)
Changing or cancelling your booking
You may change your booking with us for any reason, provided the change is made 10 weeks or more before your holiday starts. Each change is subject to a small amendment charge of £20.00 and availability. Please note that any change of date will be likely to involve a change in price of your break. Any occupancy changes will require a new booking form to be forwarded to the Caravan Park, and acceptance from the Park Manager agreeing to the changes. Changes to the original booking may not be made upon arrival at the Park.
If you are prevented from taking your break, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist. You may not, under any circumstances, transfer your booking to anyone without our consent. We will not consent to a transfer where the person or party concerned does not meet out requirements as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your break at any time. However, a fee will be charged as follows:-

Please note that some separate charges such as cancellation charges, administration costs to alter the booking at any time, credit/charge card charges are non refundable.
