Static Caravan Hire: Price List 2010
Our 2010 Rose Award Holiday Caravans are designed with you and your ‘Family’ in mind. We have two & three bedroom caravans available, each one being fully equipped with shower/sink/toilet in the bathroom, a full Calor gas cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle & toaster in the kitchen, Calor gas fire & colour TV in lounge area, heating in all bedrooms. Gas & electricity are inclusive. No pets or smoking is allowed in any caravan. Our Plus and Executive Caravans have a little more luxury, to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Bed Linen & Towels may be hired at an additional cost. (see note: Bed Linen/towels).

Each caravan is modern and is decorated to a contemporary standard We have two & three bedroom caravans available, each one being fully equipped with shower/sink/toilet in the bathroom, full gas cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle & toaster in the kitchen, gas fire & colour TV in lounge area, heating in all bedrooms. Gas & electricity are inclusive. No pets or smoking is allowed in any caravan. Our Plus and Executive Caravans have additional features to make your stay even more comfortable. Bed Linen & Towels may be hired (see note: Bed Linen/towels). Cot and high chair may also be hired (subject to availability). Our aim is to provide a quiet and relaxing holiday experience for everyone staying on the Park, and for this reason we operate an ALL QUIET after 11.00 pm, which we expect everyone to respect and adhere to this. PLEASE READ OUR IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR STATIC CARAVAN HIRE FOR BOOKING/PAYMENTS/ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES/KEY DEPOSIT/TRAVEL INSURANCE DiscountsDuring the early and late season (March & October), and for mid-week breaks – Limited discounts will be available. There will also be discounts available for 2 people, and 2 people over 55 (that are the sole and only occupants). Please ask for details when making your enquiry. Discounts will not apply at weekends/school holidays/July/August/bank holidays/special events) Weekend SupplementsDuring June/July/August/September, Bank holidays and special events – all Friday and Saturday nights carry an extra £10.00 supplement per night. The supplement is also applicable to Sundays on a bank holiday weekend and any special events. The price given at the time of booking remains the same. Any alterations may be subject to an amendment fee, plus the additional person fee). Optional ExtraSpecific caravans within a range may be booked subject to an additional cost of £25.00 per booking. However, this facility may not be possible for certain dates. Peak Season Arrival/Departure DaysDuring July and August you can choose to arrive on Saturday, Monday or Wednesday, making a combination of 2 nights, or 2 & 3 nights to make longer stays or simply book 7 nights from any of these days. At any other time of the season you can arrive and depart on any day. (All subject to availability) Off Peak/Mid-Week SpecialsOff Peak/Special Mid-Week rates will apply at quieter periods during our open season. (Late March, mid May, early October). Please ask at the time of booking for any available offers. Bed Linen/TowelsIf you wish to hire bed linen/towels, this can be arranged for you at a cost of £5.00 per person. Please book this facility at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival at the park. If you wish to bring your own, please bring with you sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases & towels. NB: We provide mattress covers, duvets and pillows only. Cot linen is not provided PaymentThe required deposit is payable at the time of booking by either debit/credit card. The balance becomes due for payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. Alternatively, you can make arrangements for your balance to be automatically taken from an authorised debit card 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Receipts are issued for all payments taken. For bookings made less than 4 weeks, the full amount becomes payable upon booking. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administration costs we incur in processing your reservation. (Please see note re: changing/cancelling booking) Special arrangements to pay by cheque may be made, however the balance will become due for payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. Travel InsuranceWe highly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover your holiday with us, as any form of cancellation will incur cancellation/amendment charges. Booking FormsA booking form confirming all occupants must be completed and received at this office within 7 days of paying the deposit to complete the booking. Only the persons listed on the booking form will be allowed access to the caravan. (Please see note changing or cancelling your booking). If you need to change any occupants, and the Park Manager agrees to this prior to arrival, a new booking form will need to be completed and received at our office and a £25.00 charge will be made for each change made. Due to fire regulations, only the persons registered on your booking form for each individual caravan may occupy that caravan at any time. This also prevents over-loading and any subsequent damage that may result from this. Other caravan/tent visitors are not allowed to enter and occupy your caravan at any time for this reason. Caravans will be allocated, subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific caravan. However, if you do wish to reserve a specific one within a range, an additional fee of £25.00 per booking will be charged. If for any reason, we are unable to uphold your choice, an alternative caravan will be offered and the fee of £25.00 will be refunded to you. Other NotablesVISITORS - Please note: that we Do Not accept visitors onto the Park, or to the caravan at any time. NEW ARRIVALS - You can book in anytime between 3.30 pm - 9.00 pm. Please have your receipt ready for checking in, together with the Key deposit. |

Deposit/Balance payment to Secure your BookingA £60.00 KEY DEPOSIT is payable in cash upon arrival. This is refundable if the caravan is left in the same clean & tidy condition in which it was found, and no damage has occurred. A cheque or credit card payment will not be accepted for key deposits. Please read Terms & Conditions or FAQ’s. If your party is travelling in more than one car, for security reasons each car must report to reception to obtain a car pass, or the vehicle will not be allowed onto the Park. DepartureDeparture time – You must vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. This allows our staff to clean & prepare the caravan for our next guests. Your key must be returned to obtain your key deposit. Please confirm your departure time to our reception staff at least 24 hours prior to departure. This can be anytime between 8.30am – 10.00 am. If you do not confirm a departure time, this may result in a delay in you being checked out from the caravan. |
