What is the 'No noise' policy?

Along with many other parks in the area we operate a policy of having NO NOISE after 11pm in the evening.

Many of our visitors have travelled long distances to stay here and some parents with young children and people who sleep lightly can be disturbed easily by the slightest of noises. Therefore our LATEST ADMISSION is 8 pm. The gates are locked at 11.00pm.

Wardens carry out spot checks on noise levels throughout the day and evening. Anyone found to making an unacceptable amount of noise after 11pm will be asked to leave the premises - without a refund! This policy applies without exceptions. Please respect this. Thank you .

An after hours (24 hr) Emergency Staff phone number is available from Reception.

It is our policy to refuse bookings with groups of more than 2 tents. Multiple family groups (3 or 4) together, in our experience can cause as much disturbance as a group of singles if not behaving conciously and respectfully and therefore may not be accepted.
